OUR PROGRAM
Phase One
Florida Women’s Drug Treatment Program
During Phase 1 of our program, the women take part in up to five Bible studies each day. They also spend their time working and serving, either on the property or at local community volunteer locations.
Ephesians 4:28 reminds us: “She who steals must steal no longer; but rather she must labor, performing with her own hands what is good, so that she will have something to share with one who has need.” At U-Turn For Christ Florida, women learn to work unto the Lord, developing strong and disciplined work ethics that will bless them and others.
Evenings are spent gathered in God’s Word, closing the day with worship, study, and encouragement from Calvary Chapel pastors and leaders who faithfully pour into the women each week.
In Phase 1, women live dormitory-style, which fosters healthy fellowship and accountability. As Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one woman sharpens another.” Through this Christ-centered community, women develop vital communication skills and lasting bonds.
Many wonder how women from so many different backgrounds can live together in unity. The answer is simple: Jesus. Only through the Spirit of God can hearts be transformed and lives be united in peace.
“Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” – Ephesians 4:1-3
After completing the first two weeks of the program, family visits are welcomed on Sundays. Upon completion of the ranch phase, women may continue into Phase 2 for an additional six months of growth and training. While optional, Phase 2 is strongly encouraged. Please note: all court referrals must complete a minimum of eight months without exception.
